The blend
Ceylon is sourced from the tea plantations of Sri-Lanka, formerly Ceylon, which lie close to the equator, giving the perfect conditions for slowly growing this tea at high altitudes. This pack of loose leaf Ceylon, is considered one of the best tasting teas, with its distinct flavour, aroma and strength.
The taste
With its crisp aroma and pale, orange colour, this blend is best enjoyed with milk or a slice of lemon. Ceylon has a brisk, tiger balm flavour and is full of character.
The benefit
Black tea contains polyphenols, a type of antioxidant. Caffeine and an amino acid called L-theanine are also found in black tea, which is said can improve alertness and focus – even more than coffee!
