I've always really liked Lapsang Souchong tea, but it's hard to find these days - particularly in cafes. I bought some tea bags online, which reminded me of how good the flavour is. That led to investing in a teapot with an infuser inside, then to the Miles website to look for 'proper' tea. The smell and taste of gently infused Lapsang Souchong tea is unique, and something to be savoured - not rushed
